In this workshop, we will cover the function and application of Foundation Training so you can heal yourself from common pain patterns. You will walk out feeling taller, stronger and more confident than you came in. We are moving this workshop to the outdoors instead of being inside. Please bring your yoga mat, hat, water and sunscreen
